Our goal is to deliver the highest quality care in a timely, efficient, and caring manner. As an internal medicine physician, Dr. Russell Kamer serves as both a primary physician and consultant, providing individualized care focused on each patient’s needs.

Occupational Medicine

Dr. Kamer is a Certified Medical Examiner and Medical Review Officer in the U.S. Department of Transportation program. Since 1993, he has provided DOT medical examinations and reviewed workplace drug testing programs.

Expert Witness Services

Expert review and testimony involving primary care internal medicine, occupational medicine, drug testing, commercial driver qualification, and cannabis-related issues.

About Dr. Kamer

Dr. Russell Kamer is a board-certified internist with more than 35 years of experience in clinical medicine, occupational health, drug testing, and public safety. He serves as a Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at New York Medical College and maintains an active internal medicine practice in White Plains.

His work combines practical patient care with deep experience in medicine. His publications, ranging from ethics and infectious disease to cannabis impairment and traffic safety, have appeared in some of medicine’s leading journals.

Dr. Russell Kamer is a board-certified internist, occupational medicine specialist, and nationally recognized expert on drug testing, workplace impairment, and cannabis-related public safety issues.

With more than 35 years of experience in clinical medicine, he combines frontline patient care with extensive expertise in occupational health, regulatory medicine, and public policy.

Dr. Kamer has served as a Drug Testing Crew Chief for the NCAA, a Doping Control Medical Officer during the 1996 Summer Olympics, and currently serves as Medical Director of Partners In Safety Occupational Medicine.
